Effect of Vanadium-Titanium Co-doping on the BPSCCO Superconductor

摘要: We have produced the (BiPb)2V x Sr2Ca3Cu4−y Ti y O12+δ compounds for x=0.05 and y=0, 0.05, 0.10 0.20 by glass-ceramic method. The effects of vanadium adding Ti doping on structure been investigated electrical resistance, scanning electron micrographs (SEM), XRD patterns magnetic hysteresis loop measurements. It has found that high-T c superconducting phase, (2223), is formed in samples annealed at 845 °C 185, with concentration x=y=0.05. However, increasing (2223) phase transforms into (2212) phase. observed no properties y=0.20 compound. completely transformed to semiconductor. In addition, critical current densities (J c), calculated from measurements using Bean’s state model are obtained same range. Our data indicated J decreases temperature concentration.
