摘要: The objective of this study was to determine the influence lactose carrier size on drug dispersion salmeterol xinafoate (SX) from interactive mixtures. SX measured by using fine particle fractions determined a twin stage impinger attached Rotahaler®. in mixtures varied range commercial inhalation-grade lactoses. In addition, differing individual samples were achieved dry sieving. appeared increase as decreased for prepared different and sieve same lactose. Fine particles (<5 μm) associated with removed surface wet decantation process produce low but similar concentrations particles. decanted significantly (analysis variance, p < 0.001) degree became independent volume mean diameter carriers 0.05). behavior is therefore presence adhered inherent itself has little dispersion.
