摘要: Abstract A tailored porous ceramic layer of TiO2 was in-situ synthesized through Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation (PEO) process, using phosphate-based electrolyte at different applied voltages. The set-up regulated to carry the process in low (430 V), medium (470 V), and high (510 V) effects voltage on phase arrangement, microstructural, morphological characteristics were then studied X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectroscopy, transmission microscopy. results showed that utilizing a relatively 470 V (ΔV 130 V) can lead hierarchical layer, which not only includes mixture both anatase rutile polymorphs but also presents combined micro/nano-pores morphology. It found while lowest leads homogenous from roughness approaches, higher voltages may promote heterogeneities characteristic. formation mechanisms outcomes finally discussed graphically illustrated.
