摘要: A rare case of adenosquamous carcinoma the liver is reported. An 85-year-old white man presented with a 6-month history weight loss and an enlarged liver. biopsy demonstrated squamous cell which was presumed to be metastatic occult primary. At autopsy, partially replaced by focally cystic tumor. Histologically, neoplasm both malignant glandular components as well foci transition between two. This in contradistinction 5 previous reported cases primary hepatic carcinomas or tumors containing component. It suggested that this arose from transformation metaplasia pre-existing cholangiocarcinoma.
