摘要: Primary adenosquamous carcinoma of the liver is a very rare type cholangiocarcinoma and defined as cancer containing both squamous adenomatous components in same lesion. Recently, we experienced primary presented abscess. A 63-year-old man was with 4-day history fever chill. The radiologic study showed 4 cm-sized, central hypoattenuated mass peripheral rim enhancement left lobe liver. Ultrasonography-guided aspiration biopsy suggested an adenocarcinoma abscess At laparotomy, tumor occupied invaded right diaphragm. An extended lobectomy partial excision involved diaphragm were done. Grossly, 6×5×5 cm size had eccentric necrosis. Microscopically, composed cell transitional area.
