摘要: The objective of this work is the synthesis water-soluble oligochitosan derivatives with electron deficient aromatic rings for selective and rapid adsorption amitriptyline through pi-pi complexation. Oligochitosan was chemically modified under homogeneous conditions in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). (1)H NMR, FT-IR, MALDI-TOF were employed characterization, confirming that attached to backbone oligochitosan. Thromboelastography (TEG) revealed functionalized did not affect blood clotting. NMR also utilized observe aromatic-aromatic interaction between on rich amitriptyline. chemical shift variation protons followed monitor interaction. Upfield benzenesulfonyl dinitrobenzenesulfonyl groups observed upon addition amitriptyline, supporting formation complexes interactions. Dinitrobenzenesulfonyl show a larger due presence nitro groups.
