摘要: Milinkovic-Tur S., Z. Stojevic, B. Gradinski-Vrbanac, M. ·impraga: Magnesium Absorption From Different Compartments of the Swine Large Intestine. Acta Vet. Brno 2000, 69: 3–9. We studied magnesium absorption in distal part swine intestine as a function different concentrations contents that may affect its rate. The study was carried out vitro by using sacs made surviving mucous membrane caecum and proximal colon. were filled with chloride solutions containing at 0.5, 1.0, 2.5, 5, 10 or 20 mmol/L. samples collected on submucosal side beginning experiment 30, 60, 120 180 minutes later. concentration determined spectrophotometrically Titan yellow method. Increase noticed already after 30 from both compartments all (P < 0.001). According to presented results, lowest contents, against gradient is possible compartments. increase mmol/L accompanied significant rate achieved 5 contents. epithelium less resistant low colon high content. Our results indicate digestive tract, i.e. colon, represent important sites where mostly absorbed passive transport.
