摘要: Background. Esophageal squamous cell carcinomas (ESCCs) and esophageal adenocarcinomas (EACs) account for >95% of malignancies represent a major global health burden. ESCC is the dominant histology globally but represents minority U.S. cases, with EAC accounting majority cases. The patient outcomes advanced are poor, new therapeutic options needed. Using sensitive sequencing assay, we compared genomic profiles attention to identification therapeutically relevant alterations.
