摘要: In this study, we aimed to explore the effect of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) on vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression in salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC). Using RNAi, transfected chemically synthesised iNOS siRNA into ACC-M cells (a highly metastatic cell line) and detected change gene protein levels VEGF by qRT-PCR Western blotting. A transwell invasiveness assay was used examine changes invasive ability cells. Cell determined using a CCK-8 assay. Apoptosis cell-cycle phases were flow cytometry. We found that silencing down-regulated then inhibited SACC cells, while it increased apoptosis. Therefore, concluded can regulate may be therapeutic target.
