摘要: Rats were injected subcutaneously with 2,5-hexanedione (2,5-HD 2.6 m mol/kg) alone (HD group) or 2,5-HD and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) (2.6 mol/kg of each agent, HDM the higher MEK doses were, greater was increase. 2) The clearance from both serum sciatic nerve delayed in co-administered groups. highest concentration appeared at 1 2 h respectively.
