摘要: Abstract Flowers, leaves and peel oils of Citrus aurantium L. var. amara from Tunisia (Nabeul) have been studied by GC-FID GC/MS. Remarkable differences were found between the constituent percentages different organs. The most important compounds neroli oil (flowers) linalool (34.4%), linalyl acetate (11.3%) limonene (10.9%). In petitgrain (leaves), main components (36.8%), (22.1%) α-terpineol (11.7%). major was to be (90.6%).
