摘要: Raman spectroscopy is a powerful vibrational method that can reveal wealth of information on biological samples, from the single molecule level to whole cells and tissues. Its applications in biosciences span over wide range fields, including analytical, biophysical, pharmaceutical bio-medical. One highlight advances related label-free imaging tissues, bionanosensors Raman-based clinical spectroscopies as perhaps most challenging exciting nowadays. In first part this chapter, we present comprehensive introduction into different spectroscopic techniques, underlining their advantages drawbacks. We demonstrate how complexity sample chosen approach ultimately define type be extracted spectra. second provide an overview currently actively developing bioanalysis. These include detection characterization biomacromolecules disease biomarkers, identification microorganisms, structure/function studies metalloproteins solution immobilized state, imaging.
