摘要: Several viruses agglutinate erythrocytes of various animal species. The components responsible for this phenomenon have been termed hemagglutinins (HA), which in many cases identified as glycoproteins present virus envelopes. HA titers often used convenient indicators the amounts viruses. Recent studies on dealt not only with their structures and functions replication but molecular mechanisms biosynthesis well, applicable general to membrane glycoproteins.
