摘要: The haemagglutinin (HA) encoding gene and genes for immunomodulatory proteins i.e., schlafen-like protein, epidermal growth factor golgi anti apoptotic protein of camelpoxvirus (CMLV) obtained from Indian dromedarian camels were cloned characterized. In this study, the size HA CMLV is 941 bp which only partial. Sequence analysis revealed that India shared 99.6% identity with CMLV-Iran CMLV-Kazakhstan strains both at nucleotide amino acid level. (EGF) in study was 418 bp, due to addition one cytosine residue position 132 EGF CMLV. Golgi anti-apoptotic (GAAP) 99.5% sequence level CMLV-Kazakhstan. Based on identities phylogenetic analyses these genes, it found CMLV-India forming a cluster Kazakhstan Iranian isolates.
