Rail signallers' assessments of their satisfaction with different shift work systems

摘要: This paper describes rail employee views on shift-work systems obtained from administration of the Rail Ergonomics Questionnaire (REQUEST) to a large sample professionals in Great Britain, achieving response rate 83%. Results signallers, largest occupational grouping survey (n = 3230), are presented.
