摘要: Acquired chemo-resistance is one of the key causal factors in cancer death. Emerging evidences suggest that miRNA and epithelial–mesenchymal transition play critical roles cancers. Here, we showed association paclitaxel-resistance with miR-375 over-expression inducement cervical cancer. Using different cell models, found paclitaxel transiently induced up-regulation expression, proliferation inhibition, from epithelial to mesenchymal phenotype, consequently impaired sensitivity. Forced may suppress Ecadherin expression by a directly targeting pathway, which led resistance. Contrarily, re-expression partly reversed phenotype paclitaxel-resistance. Our findings paclitaxel-induced facilitates process via Ecadherin, results cells. A reversion or be novel therapeutic approach for overcoming
