摘要: Abstract A new red luminescent material Ca9LiBi2/3(PO4)7:Eu3+ (CLBPO:Eu3+) was synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction, and characterized X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electric microscopy (FESEM) fluorescence spectroscopy. The XRD patterns indicated that CLBPO:Eu3+ phosphor has been successfully synthesized. photoluminescence excitation (PLE) spectra (PL) of phosphor, as well the relationship between PL intensity concentration were discussed. results exhibit peak is mainly centered at 616 nm under 395 nm excitation, which attributed to 5D0→7F2 transition Eu3+ ions. In addition, 5D0 → 7F4 around 700 nm belongs far-red emission, matches with absorption wavelength required for plant photosensitive pigments PFR. Moreover, when doping 80 mol%, reaches maximum. calculated International Commission on Illumination (CIE) coordinates lie in region color purity CLBPO:0.8Eu3+ determined be 99.76%. correlated (CCT) value less than 3500 K, belonging warm light. view aforementioned interesting properties, prepared possesses application potential fabrication phosphor-converted white light emitting diodes (WLED), growth lighting.
