摘要: Non-invasive samples of animal dung are being collected for use with DNA-based capture–recapture analysis to estimate the abundance species. A typical sampling strategy involves repeated transects or grids search dung. Searches performed on different occasions often considered capture sessions capture– recapture analysis. It is possible that multiple from same individual found within an occasion. Most current models do not account this additional data.
