摘要: Aflatoxins are potent carcinogens and produced by almost all Aspergillus parasiticus isolates about 35% of flavus isolates. Chemical methods used for detection aflatoxins in food feed. These cannot detect aflatoxinogenic fungi samples, which contain undetectable amounts aflatoxins. The objective this research work was to ascertain the importance molecular microbiological fungus A. feed samples Jordan. Specific media showed prevalence (6–22%) contaminated samples. HPLC method confirmed presence B1, B2, G1, G2 sample with parasiticus. Primer set OmtBII-F OmtBII-R amplified DNA fragment 611 base pairs from genomic isolated but could not amplify nonaflatoxinogenic flavus. results study Jordan give further evidence suitability aflatoxins, reliable low-cost approach determine biosafety.
