[Historical aspects of the institutionalization of adolescent healthcare in the state of São Paulo, 1970-1990].

摘要: The article explores historical aspects of integral healthcare for adolescents in the state Sao Paulo, particularly regard to implementation pioneering services and programs. Against backdrop Brazil's social political context during this period, it contextualizes challenges, clashes, difficulties that arose within institutions involved developing field, from perspectives clinical medicine collective health.
