The origins, development, and goals of adolescent medicine

摘要: This essay offers the author's recollections and opinions on such topics as when why an interest in adolescents' medical care originated, under what circumstances those developments occurred which preceded soon followed recognition of Adolescent Medicine by schools hospitals, goals physicians who pursued that interest. It attempts to recount document events, circumstances, persons, groups people associated with emergence early development this venture into yet another age-group.
