摘要: Abstract MicroRNA (miR)s are short non-coding RNAs that suppress the translation of target genes, and play an important role in gene regulation. Despite this prominence, there few reports refer to expression miRs after spinal cord injury (SCI). Previously, we reported on miR-223 SCI mice. The purpose study is reveal distribution identify cells express injured cord. Quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis revealed high at 12 h SCI. Double staining situ hybridization immunohistochemistry showed signals merged with Gr-1 positive neutrophils. Our data indicate might regulate neutrophils early phase
