摘要: VirHostNet release 2.0 (http://virhostnet.prabi.fr) is a knowledgebase dedicated to the network-based exploration of virus-host protein-protein interactions. Since previous VirhostNet (2009), second run manual curation was performed annotate new torrent high-throughput interactions data from literature. This resource shared publicly, in PSI-MI TAB 2.5 format, using PSICQUIC web service. The interface based on Cytoscape library and provides user-friendly access most complete accurate virus-virus as well their projection onto corresponding host cell protein interaction networks. We hope that system will facilitate systems biology gene-centered analysis infectious diseases help identify molecular targets for antiviral drugs design. also continue worldwide scientists improve our knowledge mechanisms involved response mediated by viral strategies selected viruses hijack immune system.
