摘要: We investigated the effects of lactoferrin on growth L. acidophilus CH-2, Bifidobacterium breve ATCC 15700, B. longum 15707, infantis 15697, and bifidum 15696. The was stimulated by bovine holo-lactoferrin but not apo-lactoferrin. With bifidobacteria, three strains: breve, under certain conditions. Both apoprotein holoprotein had similar effects. However, affected lactoferrin. Thus, mechanism stimulating bifidobacteria may be different from that acidophilus. By far-western blotting using biotinylated horseradish peroxidase-conjugated streptavidin, lactoferrin-binding proteins were detected in membrane protein fraction acidophilus, bifidum, breve. molecular weights estimated SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis to 27, 41 67 kDa, those bifidobacterial strains 67-69 kDa. no such components longum. It is interesting appearance these species corresponds their stimulation
