Phospholipid composition of high-density lipoproteins reflects lipolysis of triglyceride-rich lipoproteins during hyperlipidemia.

摘要: We studied phospholipid composition of high-density lipoproteins in patients with normo- and hypertriglyceridemia treated various hypolipidemic preparations (simvastatin fenofibrate). Both changed improved their functional activity. The differences the were probably related to lipolysis triglyceride-rich catalyzed by lipoprotein lipase and, particular, hepatic lipase.
