摘要: Posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) has been routinely performed for the treatment of segmental lesions. However, traditional PLIF procedures can result in a variety approach-related morbidities. The purpose this study was to determine efficacy endoscopy-assisted arthrodesis. From July 2005 May 2007, total 56 patients underwent PLIF, including 24 operations (endoscopic group) and 32 open (open group). perioperative data, clinical outcomes radiographic results were compared. intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative drainage allogeneic blood transfusion volumes, values C-reactive protein erythrocyte sedimentation rate on day 3 hospitalization days decreased endoscopic group (p 0.05). Endoscopy-assisted achieve similar that while minimizing destruction adjacent tissues. This technique is safe characterized by less bleeding, tissue trauma, pain, rapid recovery, shorter hospital stay.
