摘要: The lipid in the mature erythrocyte of mammalian animals is solely contained plasma membrane. Lipids account for nearly 50% mass membrane while proteins are also present a similar amount. Only very small quantities sugars form glycoproteins and glycolipids although these more hydrophilic moieties may be particularly important immunologic specificity cells. Since human red cell has been much extensively studied than those other animals, this review will confined primarily to consideration metabolic pathways that cell. Moreover, since disease state termed “hemolytic anemia” represents premature destruction membrane, frequently prompted biochemical investigations metabolism affected cells, some orientation toward hemolytic anemias which associated with defects erythrocyte’s membranes.
