摘要: 1. 1.Phospholipase A2 isolated from Naja naja venom was used as a tool to discriminate between the outer and inner lipid monolayer of membranes human erythrocytes. 2. 2.Incubation erythorcytes with radioactive fatty acids resulted in formation labelled lecithin membrane. The label found predominantly that pool which is localized membrane. 3. 3.Lecithins total erythrocyte membrane possess identical acid patterns positional distributions their acyl constituents.
