摘要: Abstract In erythrocytes treated with 2,4,6-trinitrobenzenesulfonate (a non-penetrating probe) for 24 hours, a maximum of 33% the phosphatidylethanolamine and none phosphatidylserine reacts this reagent. erythrocyte ghosts, however, 95% over 50% in 90 minutes under same conditions. When extracted lipids are either chloroform-methanolbicarbonate or sonicated aqueous bicarbonate system, both react essentially to completion within minutes. We interpret these results indicate localization nearly all on interior surface membrane thus demonstrating an asymmetric distribution phospholipids membrane.
