摘要: This study evaluated the influence of addition cetrimide and polypropylene glycol to sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) on its capacity dissolve pulp tissue. Bovine fragments with standardized weight volume were immersed for 5, 15 30 min in 2 mL NaOCl Hypoclean (NaOCl added glycol) solutions at 5.25%, 2.5%, 1%, 0.5% 0.25% afterwards re-weighted. Distilled water was used as a control. The percentage tissue loss considered statistical analysis (univariate ANOVA, SPSS, v. 17.0) 5% significance level. There no dissolution control group. surfactants (Hypoclean) dissolved more (p<0.05) than alone.
