摘要: In the previous work, acetyl xylan esterase (AXE) of Aspergillus ficcum was successfully produced in Pichia pastoris as host. this study, recombinant AXE immobilized on graphite oxide and used for production peracetic acid. Immobilization efficiency enhanced by modifying via surface functionalization. The conditions enzyme immobilization were also investigated optimal determined 4℃ temperature, 24 h reaction time pH 7. activity found to be 62.53 U/g-support. With AXE, about 134 mM acid under 37℃ temperature 30 min time. Enzyme remained at > 50% original after 10 cycles.
