摘要: T cells of the adaptive immune system monitor protein degradation products via their presentation on major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules to recognize infected cells. Both macroautophagy and endocytosis target intra- extracellular constituents, respectively, for lysosomal degradation. This results in antigen processing MHC influences trafficking molecules. review will discuss recent evidence that molecular machinery regulates also at level phagosome maturation cell membrane internalization. These non-canonical functions this affect both class I II restricted CD8+ CD4+ cells, should be harnessed improve responses against infectious diseases cancer.
