摘要: Aims: The possibility of substrate inhibition by glucose on biomass and pediocin production was studied in cultures Pediococcus acidilactici a residual medium. Methods Results: Calculation the coefficient context microbial growth is generally laborious, very prone to experimental error. However, simulation combining logistic Monod kinetics equations demonstrates that quantitative evidence for this type inhibition, without misinterpretation, can be obtained through comparison punctual preasymptotic productions as function concentration. Significance Impact Study: It concluded had an inhibitory effect growth, but not bacteriocin production.
