摘要: Measurement of thiol-disulfide redox status is crucial for characterization tumor physiology. The electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectra disulfide-linked dinitroxides are readily distinguished from those the corresponding monoradicals that formed by cleavage disulfide linkage free thiols. EPR can thus be used to monitor rate and thiol status. (1)H,(14)N- (2)H,(15)N-disulfide resulting glutathione have been characterized at 250 MHz, 1.04 GHz, 9 GHz imaged rapid-scan MHz.
