摘要: This Feature overviews the basic principles of using stable organic radicals involved in reversible exchange processes as functional paramagnetic probes. We demonstrate that these probes combination with electron resonance (EPR)-based spectroscopy and imaging techniques provide analytical tools for quantitative mapping critical parameters local chemical microenvironment. The is written to be understandable people who are laymen EPR field anticipation future progress broad application biological systems, especially vivo, over next years.
