摘要: The present work investigates the capabilities of a novel widefield surface plasmon microscope (WSPR) and its potential applications in biology. Here particular, we concentrate on imaging interfacial interactions between specific antibodies proteins laminin fibronectin, both patterned onto prefabricated Au/Cr/glass substrates. These experiments are used to demonstrate high sensitivity, good contrast lateral resolution (close micron) new system. results indicate that our may form basis for generation fast assay systems.
