摘要: Dynamic contrast Magnetic Resonance myocardial perfusion imaging has evolved into an accurate technique for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. In this manuscript, we introduce and evaluate performance a non-rigid joint multi-level image registration intensity correction algorithm on common dataset. An objective functional is formed which corresponding Hessian Jacobian computed employed in Gauss-Newton minimization approach. paper, our experiments are based elastic regularization transformation total variation correction. Our preliminary validations suggest that scheme provides suitable motion if parameters properly tuned.
