摘要: The effect of ethanol on muscarine-stimulated release l-[3H]norepinephrine ([3H]NE) was studied using the rat pheochromocytoma cell line, PC12. At concentrations 25 mM and above, produced a dose-dependent inhibition [3H]NE. transmitter occurred in absence any detectable [3H]NE uptake or muscarinic binding to cells.
