摘要: We explore an electrostatic mechanism for tuning the nonlinearity of nanomechanical resonators and increasing their dynamic range sensor applications. also demonstrate resonant frequency both upward downward. A theoretical model is developed that qualitatively explains experimental results serves as a simple guide design tunable devices.
