摘要: Soil arthropod response to altered litter production in a Wisconsin prairie was examined after long established biennial spring burning program modified by substituting raking for some experimental blocks, and no disturbance others. Very few species were favored increased surface undisturbed blocks. After two burnings or rakings, drop numbers, density of individuals, diversity herbivore-decomposers occurred undisturbed, lesser extent, raked Predatory soil showed response. These results suggest that detritus levels dropped slowly decreased plant productivity The community which blocks indicates direct productivity-diversity relationship. Other field experiments show the same relationship among consumers terrestrial producers, but an inverse aquatic producers.
