摘要: Background Different cell types have distinctive patterns of chromosome positioning in the nucleus. Although ectopic affinity-tethering specific loci can be used to relocate chromosomes nuclear periphery, endogenous envelope proteins that control such a mechanism mammalian cells yet widely identified.
