摘要: It has been found recently that an ultrasmall nanoparticle whose size is smaller than the thickness of a cell membrane unique roles in biomedical applications including development next generation drugs or advanced nanoscale cargo carriers. However, effect physical properties on its adhesion to bilayer membrane, which key step for Nano–Bio interaction as well applications, still largely unknown. By using molecular dynamics, we find both and shape strongly affect states (e.g., adhesion, separation entwined by polymer chains). Interestingly, our simulations show with decreasing particle size, becomes even more evident behavior. indicated competition between nanoparticle-polymer binding chain deformation, are influenced shape, determines final nanoparticle. Our results helpful full understanding mechanism nanoparticles membranes practical such nanoparticles.
