摘要: Throughout their life cycles, cells are subject to a variety of stresses that lead compromise between cell death and survival. Survival is partially provided by the proteostasis network, which consists molecular chaperones, ubiquitin-proteasome system degradation autophagy. The cooperation these systems impacts correct function protein synthesis/modification/transport machinery starting from adaption nascent polypeptides cellular overcrowding until utilization damaged or needless proteins. Eventually, aging cells, in parallel accumulation flawed proteins, gradually lose mechanisms, this loss leads degeneration large masses number age-associated pathologies ultimately death. In review, we describe mechanisms with an emphasis on possible associations them.
