Inverse magnetic catalysis in the linear sigma model with quarks

摘要: We compute the critical temperature for chiral transition in background of a magnetic field linear sigma model, including quark contribution and thermo-magnetic effects induced on coupling constants at one loop level. show that decreases as function strength. The effect fermions is small main this observable comes from charged pions. findings support idea anticatalysis phenomenon receives due only to quiral symmetry independent deconfinement transition.
