摘要: Abstract The coating was produced by microplasma process (plasma electrolytic oxidation, microarc oxidation) of Ti substrate. coatings formed in basic solution containing Ca 2 + , EDTA 4 − PO 4 3 − Mg, Si, Ag were selected as additives the anodizing bath to produce modified Ca/P coatings. morphology, phase and elemental composition characterised using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction EDX analysis. results showed that additions successfully incorporated. mainly consists anatase, rutile calcium phosphates besides Mg incorporated contain additionally CaMg(CO 3 ) 2 CaCO MgCO 9.5 0.5 P 7 O 28 ; Si-incorporated CaTiSiO 5 phases. way found regulate characteristics introducing desired elements, such technique.
