摘要: The effect of starch infusion on production, metabolic parameters and relative mRNA abundance was investigated in low yield lactating cows from 86 days milk. Six Holstein fitted with permanent ruminal cannulas were arranged into one two complete 3×3 Latin squares infused a solution containing 800 grams for 16 days. three treatments were: i) abomasal water (Control); ii) cornstarch (Rumen); iii) (Abomasum). There no significant differences (p>0.05) among the feed energy intake, milk composition, plasma metabolism, or even gene expression. However, receiving through rumen performed better than directly abomasum during glucose tolerance test procedure higher area under curve (AUC; p = 0.08) shorter half-time (t 1/2 ; 0.11) insulin, therefore, it increased disposal, which stated lipid anabolism other mobilization after supplementation. In conclusion, extra at concentration g/d did not enhance supplies to mammary gland
