摘要: Background Hemodynamic therapy to raise the cardiac index and oxygen delivery supranormal levels may improve outcomes in critically ill patients. We studied whether increasing a level (cardiac-index group) or mixed venous saturation normal (oxygen-saturation would decrease morbidity mortality among patients, as compared with control group which target was index. Methods A total of 10,726 patients 56 intensive care units were screened, whom 762 belonging predefined diagnostic categories acute physiology scores 11 higher randomly assigned three groups (252 group, 253 cardiac-index 257 oxygen-saturation group).
