摘要: This article proposes and shows that a low-optical-power laser when arranged in zigzag fashion free space can create strong air thermal stress form chemical-free optical net is capable of repelling adult mosquitoes away. Experimental proof concept using pointer-like diode-pump solid-state (447 nm wavelength 500 mW maximum) reflective sheets all 80 Aedes albopictus are completely trapped inside the open glass chamber. Most prefer to stay near bottom chamber as it cooler than top part contains several zigzagging beams. Reducing via increasing spacing between two adjacent beams allows easily escape out zone
