摘要: Under oxygenated conditions, in vitro, the highly aerobic red cells of rainbow trout (Salmo gairdneri) exhibit tight coupling between energy (i.e. nucleotide triphosphate, NTP)-consuming and NTP-producing metabolic activity, as shown by strict maintenance cell NTP:haemoglobin ratios. This is maintained following adrenergic stimulation when increased NTP demands ion transporting systems are met enhanced production via metabolism. In unstimulated anoxic cells, membrane-metabolic preserved arrest NTP-consuming processes. Adrenergic however, leads to a functional uncoupling membrane metabolism with result that levels decline rapidly. At this time, cellular [NTP] negatively correlated [Na+]i [Cl-]i positively [K+]i. This, addition fact pH intracellular compartment also dependent on levels, provides evidence for integration metabolisms.
