摘要: The network hypothesis of Jerne (1974a,b, 1976) is based on the fact that V (variable) regions antibody molecules can function as antigens. Such antibodies therefore stimulate and/or suppress responses cells have receptors which specifically recognize these regions. One model incorporates this postulate “plus-minus theory” (Hoffmann, 1975, 1978). In paper a more extensive review data relevant to theory presented, and number phenomena are discussed within framework were not previously treated. These include subclasses T H-2 restriction.
